I am looking for a few reviewers for my erotic horror short story The Stag of Midwinter (approx. 12,000 words).
On the longest night of the year, an outsider at a village bonfire follows a shadowed stag into an ancient, brooding forest. Waiting there is an antlered spirit that wears many souls, a shifting eldritch presence that has been watching her for a very long time. What follows is a night of devotion, pleasure, and ritual that blurs the line between worship and being consumed.
This is erotic horror with explicit content and strong themes, graphic sex and violence, predator and prey dynamics, blood ritual, rough handling and restraint, pagan imagery, and a genderfluid, shape-shifting entity whose different manifestations are all aspects of the same being. It is strictly 18+ and will appeal most to readers who enjoy sensual, atmospheric horror that leans fully into both the erotic and the... unsettling.
