Hello Andy,Thank you for setting up this post.
I'm a scientist, mother, adventurer and MG author. I’m excited to share my new adventure novel, Zuma the Crying Rock.
Carl Linneaus, raised in the Alpine mountains and trained under his archaeologist uncle, discovers a mysterious reference to Zuma — The Crying Rock in a traveller’s guide.
His search for answers pulls him into a world of dangerous puzzles, booby traps, logic challenges, and mountain mysteries.
It’s perfect for readers who enjoy:
* Adventure with a “game quest” feel
* Puzzle-solving fiction
* Mountain/exploration stories
* Fast-paced plot with suspense
Available on Amazon for December readers and book clubs.

My writing process: Yes. I do outline before writing. I'm motivated by real-life experiences.
Tools of the trade; I am yet to use any tool. Mainly MS word, And that's it. I might try some, based on recommendation.
Marketing and Promotion; Still try to figure this out, but mostly on Amazon and Goodreads.
Publishing Paths. My 1st book Perfect Body, Perfect Baby After Delivery was published traditionally. My 2 other books were self-published via KDP. Traditional publishing is more seamless but costlier. But you will be working with exparts and the end result would be great. You need to put in more work in terms of proofreading, editing, page setting etc for self-publishing. But it's more cost effective.
