The in-depth solutions are the subject of my academic work and teaching. I regard a book like this is not a good medium for the full presentation of technical legal solutions, as they soon tire the patience or expertise of the usual reader without training in antitrust and regulatory legal fields.
That’s fair - I wasn’t looking for law school depth. Just directional. It was a great book though.
His solution is regulation, but unfortunately the book doesn't so much argue for it as pull it out of a hate in Chapter 16.
