Book is assigned to the wrong author > Likes and Comments

Hi, I publsihed my book, One Particular Harbour, on Amazon a few days ago - the Paperback and Kindle versions. They are currently assigned on Goodreads to the wrong Chris Harvey. Can they be moved under my profile.

Also, is it possible to combine the Kindle and Paperback editions?
