The world governments began to pay incarnations more money than anyone could use just to exist, (and not cut off their magic from the world) all they have to do is register as an incarnation or perform a piece of magic unique to incarnations. Some revel in the attention, fame and money. Death does not.
It's been hundreds of years since she was last seen. Though through magical means it's been confirmed she incarnated.
