remove one listing of my book > Likes and Comments

I am Pat Sullivan, author of 'In the Frame'. My book is listed twice. One listing connects to books by another Pat Sullivan. Is it possible to have just one listing for my 'In the Frame', with my author profile and the two reviews that my book has? If you can do that, it will be much easier for me to invite others to post reviews.
