Thank you for your comments, Lindsay. Yes, my proofreaders let me down. I discovered they had missed a lot of errors after I published and have made updates since then. However, I left some things as descriptive of Catherine's character. Though I didn't go into it in the book, I envisioned her as having English heritage and so picked up a few UK-isms.
