Emil Lewis Hello everyone,

My sister shared this awesome group with me. I am a brand new author, and just published my 1st novel "Snow Globe" a little over a month ago.

Snow Globe follows a person by the name of Kent who is fascinated with all things space. We get to see him as he navigates through the hardships and successes of life. Kent soon finds himself in a situation that's both his wildest dream, and nightmare all at once. We also get to see NASA and other space agencies attempting engage in new missions, while facing fierce public backlash over an alleged cover-up.

You can find Snow Globe on Amazon here;

https://www.amazon.com/Snow-Globe-Emi...

I truly enjoyed writing this, with the goal of making it entertaining and scientifically accurate as much as possible.

T. Traubitz Hello,

New to goodreads and hope this is the right place to post my latest book on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJDKBKP1
It's a light novel of magic and familiars that combines elements of Redwall, Jack Chalker, and H. P. Lovecraft. Free to read on Kindle Unlimited.

From the blurb:
A loyal familiar is a witch's best friend...

At the distant Academy of Familiars, chilling murmurs of malevolent enchantments haunt the air. Megan, a human witch who cannot fly, becomes embroiled in a mystery when her familiar, along with others, go missing, culminating in a chance encounter with one of the academy’s enigmatic agents. Confused by her loss and frustrated by her limitations, Megan turns to the forbidden craft of teleportation, but a villainous sorcerer’s deceit leaves her bound to a beast and bereft of her magic. Accompanied by a wayfaring bard, she sets out on a perilous journey across treacherous seas and inhospitable deserts to seek a cure.

But time is running short, and the wicked sorcerer’s insatiable hunger for power grows with each stolen soul. He has discovered crystals that store the power of untold might, and his cruel experiments threaten to tear the very fabric of space itself.

Will Megan regain her abilities and thwart the sorcerer’s sinister scheme? Or will she be yet another casualty of the mysterious force that rips loyal familiars from their charges?

Cheers!

Chris Cosmain Hello All.

I grew up reading science fiction and still do - and I've had a lifelong love of science and technology. I enjoy time travel stories, but was often disappointed by the glib dismissal of basic physics or the "black box" approach to the technologies employed in time travel books and movies.

About 18 months ago I took a break from my professional life and did something I've always wanted to do - write a time travel tale. I contemplated the science and technology that might be required to make time travel work. I also set myself the challenge of writing a story that postulates a deterministic universe (the past and future cannot be changed) where nobody has free will.

The book is called Novikov Windows: A Time Travel Novel.

Uncertain of what awaits them on the other side due to the false propaganda they've been fed, they encounter Vincent and Magnus, who are fleeing economic devastation and starvation. At the border, will they be welcomed or compelled to return to a life of hardship and struggle?

These characters face unexpected challenges, pushing them to learn new ways of thinking about the world and their roles within it. As they navigate the contrasting societies of Zondus and Cadrius, the story underscores the importance of courage to challenge societal norms and the imperative of building a better world for all.

Transport your imagination to the year 2092. The world has been reshaped by artificial intelligence and robots. While some nations have descended into economic and social ruin, characterized by widespread unemployment and societal upheaval, a few have discovered paths to prosperity. This novella offers a thought-provoking exploration of social and ethical systems and their profound influence on our long-term future. Can courage, equality, and justice truly make a difference in a dystopian society?

Readers will undoubtedly find themselves captivated by the story's exploration of ethical values, social inequalities, and the potential for positive change. The plot:
The Locksley Corporation is in the unusual business of resurrecting the long-dead geniuses who gave us the modern world. Its creations―the Magni―are clones of deceased luminaries and great scientists, now walking the earth again yet unaware of their own identities. But this time around, those brilliant minds are being put to sinister use. When two friends unearth Locksley’s malevolent plans and discover that they are themselves members of the Magni, it puts them in the crosshairs of a brutal corporation that now needs them dead … again. And the friends’ survival (one of whom bears a more than passing resemblance to a young Albert Einstein) depends on their wit. But of that they have plenty. Unfortunately, so do their predators.

The eom Expression: Beautiful Chaos - A Satirical Science Fiction Adventure
The eom Expression Beautiful Chaos - A Satirical Science Fiction Adventure by David Foresi

Jeron Hayden, a dreamer, freelance shuttle pilot, and staunch advocate of minding his own damn business, embarks on an epic quest to be left the heck alone. He finds himself on a tropical paradise called Rieva, home to anarchists, sentient AI entities, ingenious inventors, and a race of time-agnostic aliens.

Jeron's quest for freedom takes him to the slippery edge of an impending technological singularity, leading to an epic odyssey into the surreal.

The echoverse, a realm of quantum-entangled minds, holds the key to ending a war for Rieva's freedom and preventing total annihilation.

To navigate the chaos of war and the surreal psychological labyrinths of the echoverse, Jeron must embrace an esoteric alien philosophy known as “eom.”

“The eom Expression: Beautiful Chaos” is a satirical science fiction adventure that explores the nature of individuality, freedom, the boundaries of imagination, and challenges our perception of reality. Rest assured, no politicians or government bureaucrats were harmed in the making of this book.

Kudos to the author for a fun and entertaining read! A must read for everyone - especially our young kids today!"

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Sárán, Elder Prince of the Fae: Wounded in battle with Daighre, an Elven sorcerer mounted on a dragon-like beast, Sárán is ripped from the world of Tir na nÓg. He wakes in a world where battles are fought with machines and iron, that deadly substance, is everywhere. His survival depends on remaining undiscovered in the Maine woods by the world at large until he can find a way home.

Mariel, a Native American of Penobscot and Passamaquoddy descent: She was a Marine who served in Iraq. Her tour was ended by a car bomb that nearly killed her and left her with a severe case of PTSD. She has retreated to her grandfather’s cabin in the Maine wilderness with her service dog, Jughead, to escape memories and all that triggers her debilitating symptoms.

“Wild Bill” Carson: Mariel’s only neighbor is an eccentric alien hunter who believes he’s on the trail of a genuine out-of-space alien.

Sárán believes his only hope of returning home lies in a Native American ceremony to summon Gluskabe, a Penobscot and Passamaquoddy legend who travels between Earth and the eternal realms. It is a race between success with the ceremony and Bill exposing Sárán’s presence to the Bureau of Paranormal Investigations at the Pentagon, and to the rest of the world.

Robert Walker Six Moons, Seven Gods (Chick Lit Cafe Book Excellence Award Winner for Best Medieval Fantasy): FREE DECEMBER 2 ONLY.

“One must be careful practicing deception. The easiest to deceive will always be one’s self.” From the Guild’s Basic Rules of Taking.

The skilled thieves of the Takers Guild plot to overthrow the kingdoms of Baelon, but when their plans are thwarted by a prescient woman and her brooding daughter, they must turn to the League of Assassins for assistance. Meanwhile, retired royal guard Rolft Aerns returns to the palace of King Axil with an old score to settle. When they all cross paths–and swords–in the dark shadows of Fostead’s south end, nothing is as it seems and the murder count rises quickly.

The long fingers of the Guild reach everywhere, and one overly ambitious thief is all it takes to spark a chain of events that will haunt the world of Baelon for many years to come.

Six Moons, Seven Gods is book one in The Legends of Baelon.
