Oh, and yes, apologies, the revised version changed the cover and front/back matter. The book itself was unchanged between the previous version and the revised version. I think you must’ve got the book just as I was waiting for Amazon to publish the changes! Apologies!

I agree in regards to the prologue, I might rework it into something else in a future edition. Book two does not contain such a prologue:)
