Cannot get Goodreads to add my book to my author profile > Likes and Comments

This is clearly my book with my name on the cover and my photo. When I try to add it, I keep getting taken to the page where the book is already in Goodreads, but it still does not appear on my author profile.

You need to ask support to merge the LLC profile into yours, and then fix your name on Amazon.

Thanks, I thought I was doing that. Trying to find where to submit corrections is extremely difficult.
