Catherine E. Chapman - Women's Fiction & Romance - 'The Knight's Falconess' 99p promo until 25th March > Likes and Comments
Hi, welcome to the group Catherine. Make yourself at home. We look forward to news of your full length novel (Would have said hello over at the introductions thread but it seems to have gone off at a tangent again).
Thanks for your greetings, Simon, Patti & Pat. And Pat, many thanks for letting me know you downloaded 'Elizabeth' - I hope you enjoy it.In response to your comment about my novel, Simon, I am happy to report that it is now available on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Beacon-Si...
Current list price is about £1.30. It's 120,000 words in length, structured in 3 volumes and is a sort of mini-saga, set in the English Lakes. Readers have said it is about self-discovery and, whilst romantic in some respects, is a novel with broader appeal than a generic romance. (Male readers have enjoyed it as much as female readers did!)
I had a surge of activity to finish it over the last couple of days and am now feeling very happy that it is finally -after about 7 years in the writing!- out in the world!
If anybody would like to read it, I would really value reviews and ratings on Goodreads & Amazon, and any other feedback on the book.

I am so delighted with YA author, Joanne Armstrong's review of 'Elizabeth Clansham'!A 5-star rating is never a bad thing, of course, but Joanne has taken so much care in thinking about the book and its message, in order to write the review, that I'm really blown away by what she's written.

I'm currently finishing off my first full-length novel. I seem to have been writing it forever! It's twice the length of 'Elizabeth' but doing anything with it seems to take disproportionately longer! When it's complete I'll publish on Amazon and let you know about it.
