I’ve never been in a relationship but I would most likely spend time with friends and family and do things I would normally do, maybe go to a therapist 🫶🏻
I wasnt in a relationship but i loved him. It was complicated lol. But i took it hard the first three days i cleaned with sad music trying not to cry i did everything i needed to do with a heavy heart. And then i stopped crying and i just tried to move on with my life. Im not over him but maybe it was for the best. And hey more time to read books and rediscover what i loved doing hobby wise.

It sounds like you’ve been through a lot, and it’s completely understandable to feel that way. Heartbreak can be really tough, especially when things are complicated. It’s great that you allowed yourself to feel those emotions and then found ways to move forward. Rediscovering hobbies and diving into books can be such a healing process. Remember, it’s okay to take your time to heal and find joy in the little things again.
