Hi Lady Book Fairy. I am glad you have been enjoying the books. I just want to correct one thing. Redmond and Lara were not married. They were engaged and then he was forced to flee the island to keep her safe from the men who were hunting him. He did not know about the baby and he remained loyal to Lara until after her death, despite any attraction he felt for Emilia. Redmond is, in fact, an honorable character. I am sorry that you misunderstood. I will need to go back and see what I need to correct so others don't get this impression. Thanks again for all of your kind and insightful reviews.
