Is there any way to keep this from happening in the future, or will I have to make a request every time I publish a new book?

Done, and created a series page. It might take a while for all pages to update.

Books imported from Amazon automatically go to the default (one-space) page for the author name. You have the two-space page for your name (Lindsay^^Fox, where each ^ denotes a space). If you add a new book to your profile from your author dashboard as soon as you have the ASIN/ISBN, you can prevent the book from being bot-imported to the wrong profile.
