Joe Krakovsky Your review makes this book stand out. You are so right about long winded self-help books. This sounds like it was written by some wise man on a mountain top!

It is mighty, Regina 😊. This felt more like a clear, concise version of Meditations (Marcus Aurelius).. Give it a try if you ever get a chance.

Thank you, Joe! 😊 I think most self-help books branched out of teachings of this one (considering this was written back in 1903). Entirely free of superficial improvement but only concerning building the character. May be he did write on a mountain top 😄

Noah Smith Hi Tharindu,
I hope you are very well today.
Thank you for the review.
I especially like this book because it was definitely a pioneering book and ahead of its time when it was published. It is timeless, concise and insightful!
As a self-help author, I would like to share that my new book "2024... Your Year of More" was released just a few days ago. If you are keen to read and review it, please let me know!
Kind regards
Noah
