I'm going to start out by saying that I am terrible at marketing. I published my book a couple of years ago and did quite a bit of promotion for the first 6 months... and then that push stagnated (for a lot of reasons).

I would like to make a (new) marketing plan for my book. It seemed easier the first time around because I had a lot of "my book is new!" energy behind that. Now, the timing just feels random. Is that bad? Do I just dive right in? (I feel like the answer is yes, but it still feels super awkward.)

I would dive right in, unless the books are seasonal.
