I don't normally (ever) respond to a reader review, but I wanted to thank you for giving the book a read, and for offering a thorough and well-thought out review. These are all very fair points. I had to make some difficult decisions about what to cover in the book and how to structure it, calibrating everything to my target audience. No regrets here, but I can certainly understand that the scope of the book may fall short in the eyes of some. I *am* happy to hear, however, that you thought the book was well-written and you were able to learn a few things you didn't know. Cheers!
