Great review. I actually really enjoyed this book but I agree with everything you have said. This book was so disorganized and I'm still upset about how we didn't really get answers about the syndicate when it was the whole plot of the series.

I agree with you! Dainn carried the entire book on his back.

I enjoyed a lot of things in this book, but I have to agree with all of your points. I think Dainn and Luna carried the book, everyone else blended into the background (Dante and Amara were pretty much gone) and Tristan and Morana didn’t feel like the same couple we knew. Something was off with them, which made me so sad 😭😭 I hate how rushed the ending was, it resulted in an anti-climatic and underwhelming ending 🥲 it was a mess!

i'm reading at the moment and yes the writing feels so weird! and the pacing too.. haven't finished it yet and i can already find myself agreeing with you 😮‍💨 sucks that this was a miss for us all. hope your next read is better bb! great review by the way 🖤

sorry this sucked :/ sad to hear my baby tristan was done dirty, him and morana are my favorite so I’m not looking enthusiastic to read this after reading this review. It’s annoying when the ending of a series is a letdown. I hope your next read is much better!!

The fact that you said that my favourite couples weren’t really shining her got me feeling sad! Ugh I love them so much they deserve much more! Sorry you didn’t enjoy this sweetie. yup! you know it's bad when the phrase 'whiskey and sin' just not hitting the same during tristan/morana's POVs... that solidified my speculation that some AI was involved in this book 🫠 it felt like a book cosplaying as a DV book!

I seriously don’t think anyone edited this book. I found so many errors, like missed words or a sentence structure that made zero sense. I thought I was going crazy
