My book The Hidden Archives is once again under the wrong author name > Likes and Comments

Greetings,

Once again, my new book has been populated under the wrong author name. My book, The Hidden Archives, is listed as written by R. A. Meenan (with a space between the initials) and my account is R.A. Meenan (with no space) because we are, for some reason, not allowed space between our initials.

I have attempted multiple ways to move this book without librarian help, but have been unsuccessful.

I am requesting that my book be put under my proper name and that the two accounts (R. A. Meenan with a space and R.A. Meenan without a space) be merged because this causes much confusion for my readers.

Once again, I am asking that we be allowed spaces between our initials so this mix up isn't a constant problem.

I moved all the books from the other profile to yours. If a book is imported with the space between initials it will just create the other profile again automatically.

Librarians are only volunteer tidiers and have no say in the site requirements. You can try contacting Support.

Thank you for moving stuff over. I've contacted support over and over with no help, so I suppose I'm stuck doing things this way for the rest of forever. Just to be clear, my frustration is not aimed at you in any way, but at this corporation.

I hear you. There is the possibility of adding the editions yourself before amazon does its auto-import. Once the ISBN or ASIN is on Goodreads it won't be added again.
