I'll give you all a tip about Kobo. Search for an author by name. Look through each page. A lot of them have at least one free book. I picked up
and
that way.

is almost free on Kobo. .98 cents. Lori G. Armstrong is a name that Lorelei James writes gritty mystery novels under.

I've read Undertow and rated it 3.5 stars. A couple of my friends rated it 4 stars. Hearts in Darkness has received great reviews and ratings from my GR Buds. I've just started Dark Desires, so far I like it. :)
Damaged (Book 1) by H.M. Ward: New Adult Romance. This one has received mixed reviews on GR. Not a stand-alone. $.99 at Amazon and B&N:Amazon - http://www.amazon.com/Damaged-ebook/d...
B&N - http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/damag...
Lot of pretty good reviews on Amazon. For .99, I may add it to my Kindle for later on when/IF I ever get caught up!
I'm not usually into the whole "teacher/student" trope, but I'm really tempted to buy this one. Gah, these $.99 books are such a temptation! :)
Offside by Juliana Stone, first book in the Barker Triplets series, is free on Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Offside-The-Bar...
Yea...pretty good reviews. Sounds like an interesting twist with triplets and this one is a hockey player?! Hmmmm....Wish I could start it now but too many Buddy Reads/Challenges/Books for reviews to do right now.
That does sound good...just bought it for Kindle...although, again, not sure when I'll get to read it. Like that name O'Rourke...Roarke!!
not sure if anyone's seen this offer: http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00DL...
7 books for .99! That's the Canadian link I posted, but it's the same on the US site - this is a pre-order, for release tomorrow. Not sure if the price is going up, but a great deal and a way to try out some new authors.
This site has kindle free books. I think it updates hourly based on the kindle top 100 free.http://onehundredfreebooks.com/
I've noticed that alot of things that are free on amazon are also free on BN & Kobo.
Thanks, Guys! :)Sandra - *Starshine* wrote: "http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00D...

I checked out the sample on Amazon and I'm intrigued. I snapped it up! :)
I got it too, Rachel. It'll be awhile before I can read it tough...let me know how it is if you get around to reading it first!
If anyone has read the Donovan & Sharpe series by Carla Neggers, she just announced a prequel that is free at the moment on Kindlehttp://www.amazon.com/Rock-Point-Shar...
Books 1 & 2 in this series. Don't know how good they are but they are free...
