adding an award to my book/author profile > Likes and Comments

I have been awarded a First Place ribbon for the Journey category of the Chanticleer International Book Award. Do I need someone that manages this group to update my book's page? or can I do it myself? In my email from CIBA, they said the Librarians Group had to be notified. Thank you.
