Glad you enjoyed hearing about Sipsworth and his positive effect on Helen and her community. I'm with you. Not a huge fan of rodents of any kind inside my house. My kids did have hamsters and gerbils at one time, but they were well contained. 😻

If the mouse turned out all right, this sounds like a wonderful book. I love animals as sentient equals, with souls and feeilngs that are entirely real.
