Well, I ended up liking it more than you did, but it took about half way through to get there!! And I hear the audio by Streep makes it much better, which I can imagine.
Amina, this book did not pick up until the last 100 pages. By then it was too late. Like you, I’m not big on long prose and no dialogue. This book was a total snooze fest 😴

Rachel, agreed! If I have to get to the last 100 pages to love the book, it isn't for me.
