Wrong Author Assigned to my Book > Likes and Comments

Hello,
My first published book has been assigned the incorrect author. There is another author with my same name, Susan Bowman, and it appears to be linked to her account instead of my own. Additionally, my request to create an author page was denied (is it due to my book already being claimed by someone else?). Thank you for your help!
