Hi Kolleen, Graham here. It was interesting to read your blog and to hear the reaction from your ladies in the audience. I have given a couple of talks about my book and had a similar reaction of disbelief. Indeed some of the reviews I have had from American readers said that they had no idea that these sort of things happened. I think you and I have experienced something quite unique and can empathise with each other.
