Ooh! Glad to have the other opinion here too. Joe was definitely missing, at least until the end. So you are firmly Joe-team?
Team Ranger! Joe is not supportive enough for me. I feel like he puts her down and does not give her any encouragement.
My thoughts... If JE wants to end the story, have Stephanie chose Morelli. He doesn't like her job and he wants to have kids. If JE wants to keep the story going, have her chose Ranger. Ranger is supportive of everything she does and is fine with her job.
Team ranger. Morelli has never supported her and believed in her like ranger does. I honestly thought he might come home and tell her watching bob was a test to see if she could be a good mother or something.
I didn't think either one of them would ever propose and neither did she. I think she will talk to Grandma Mazur and Lula discussing the pros and cons of which one but I know she will go with her heart. I am hoping for Ranger and maybe some more adventures.
Really? I got 5 pages on and felt like this was written by someone else too, and just sent it back. There's none of the spark, sass, zing in her books anymore and i just have no desire to read them. This comes from someone who would pick up one of the older books 10 to 15 times this read when nothing else appeared; I always knew I'd get a smile. But, I'm done. Too bad.
Sorry, Tam! I get it. Not at all the same as the early ones just better than the messy later ones. Have you found any other similar series to switch over to?
If it's nit Ranger, I'm going to be big mad. Morelli has had his chance. He's a man-child. Ranger is distant, but he is an adult.
If y’all need another good laugh with a series somewhat similar, check out Jana Deleon Miss Fortune series.
Thank you for this review. I’m currently reading it and have read every one. I’m excited to see if she actually picks one!
Seems like Stephanie has a clear winner here! Or maybe most of the folks I’m friends with are the type to choose Ranger. 😀
