Nina Do you have any recommendations for a hormone health book that really taught you a lot of new things? I wanna read this book but I fear it might be about some superficial basic information about things already known to most (like the list you mentioned)

Lindsay Nixon Oh gosh I’ve reviewed so many at this point and they’re running together. I need to label my bookshelf better lmao

It starts with the egg was good. Even though it’s technically marketed about fertility it has new information and actionable suggestions that are the same dumb ones - I suppose if I knew the exact issue you wanted to address I might think of something better.

You could also troll my 4-star reviews for any fertility book or woman’s health book listed there.

Nadia Nguyen Hi Lindsay!! Curious about your recs for period repair books since you said you’ve read quite a few.

Lindsay Nixon I've read all of them (I think, or close to). Their titles are all running together for me, but you can browse my 4-star and 5-star reviews and you'll find "the good ones" -- It also depends on what you're looking for specifically as in what the problem or goal is with "repair" so you might want one over the other from "the good list"
