Thanks for the "gory but not graphic" characterization. When you said slasher horror, I wasn't sure if I'd like it.
Hey! There's definitely some description of injuries, in particular the way in which the killer(s) murder, but it's more medical with some focus on what the body looks like as a result but not excessive like a normal horror book.
