Ada Soto Hi Everyone! So I know it's been five years (in fairness the first one took me six), and I know that's a lot of time to build up expectation, headcanon, and just general /feelings/ about what might be in this book. I'm really hoping you will all enjoy it but that you will also be willing to judge it on its own merits as opposed to half a decade of expectation. Ask yourself if you would have felt differently if I had managed this book five months after the first one as opposed to five years.

I know His Quiet Agent is a really important book to a lot of you out there and I have had this twitch in the corner of my eye for the last two days as I've been freaking out over the release.

So, again, I really hope you all enjoy this. I want to say it's been nothing been a labor of love but I also spent a lot of time banging my head against the wall just trying to get the boys to talk to me. (There are reasons the first one is called His Quiet Agent.)

Steph M Well, I thought it was wonderful. It very much continued the atmosphere and the intricate relationship between the protagonists, while building on the back story we didn't see so much of in His Quiet Agent. And I really enjoyed New York. And the food! Thank you...
