The challenge of completing a series is to make it satisfying in a way that the readers don’t predict. I think there has been a slew of unsatisfying conclusions to series lately. My hope is that readers will close this final chapter of the Unwind world, and breathe a satisfied sigh. The cover, by the way, is one of the rare times that I came up with a cover concept that the publisher liked! There’s a reason why Miss Liberty’s arm isn’t green anymore… It might be hitting the metaphor over the head, but I like the visceral nature of that image!
Thank you! You are absolutely right, it is satisfying indeed unlike many, unlike any other. :) here's what I think: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
