Lea Shvarts I like your idea but I can not agree with it. The sentence you quoted shows that the VFD does not want regular people to get into their studies. Lemony Snicket usually writes something like this in his books that have to do with the VFD. It usually means you should look. Lemony Snicket likes to put things in puzzles. Have you read his 'The Series of Unfortunate Events'?

Alex Folkins No, i haven't read that series but my brother did. I tried to get into it but couldn't. But i really like the All The Wrong Question series.

Lea Shvarts The VFD is an organization that is in The Series of Unfortunate Events. Lemony Snicket is a member of the organization. Of course he is just pretending because it is all fake. I really like the All The Wrong Question series. I can not figure out what the fill in the blank at the back of the book is. I think it is the word that is shouted in the last mystery.

Alex Folkins I thought the last word might have been a letter thing with all the extra titles but I tried that . It didn't work because there was to many letters and not enough vowels. Then I thought it might be Elleigton. Guess I'll have to wait and find out.

Lea Shvarts I have also thought about it as being Ellington. The picture on page 203 shows Lemony Snicket. It also shows a silhouette of a figure that looks like Ellington. There s another silhouette that looks like a man. The last word might be the man yelling for Ellington.
