If you only ever read that one, then what makes you think the others will be disappointing in comparison?
I didn't mean it as a specific critique on her other works. Just in general if you start with an author's best work(or one of them), other writings may not mean as much to the reader.
I didn't intend that to sound critical. I really just meant why are you certain it's her best (more specifically, the one you'd most enjoy)?
I'm not certain it's her best. I can't remember specifically why I chose this book over her others. The combination of book description with a high average rating were probably the main factors. How easy it is for me to acquire a book is another significant factor.
