Totally agree with all of this.
Christian is not realistic! it´s ok he behave badly because of his traumas, but what is not realistic is that he changed in 3 months. I can´t imagine how he didn´t change after years of therapy and took only to 3 months only by meeting this (spineless) girl with almost not effort from her. yes, very realistic
She isn't talkin about the time frame if his changing, which is obviously the fantasy part of the story. She's speaking in terms of his traumas and choices in how he goes about coping with them. That's what's realistic about his character, and that's the point I believe she was making.
I totally agree. First time that I found someone who looks for that character in the same way I do. I like that character and I think that the effort that he makes to change way of living for her is beautiful.
