Thank you for the comment on It. Everyone goes on and on about how terrifying Curry was as Pennywise...completely forgetting the rest of the movie was absolute dreck.

Though, to be fair, you could say the same about many of the King movies: Salem's Lot,The Stand (or, to make it easier, anything that Mick Garris ever got his hands on...why oh why do they let him make movies at all?), Thinner, Children of the Corn, The Lawnmower Man, Maximum Overdrive...I could go on and on.

Tobin - certainly lots of lemons in book-to-movie pile, but a few made it into lemonade; aside from the Dead Zone, the Green Mile was brilliant and the original Carrie was a romp (Piper Laurie was priceless).
