Have you ever heard of Ingrians and their fate?
They were one of those people that Stalin had executed and sent to forced labour camps because of their ethnicity. Their killers are celebrated as heroes and the mass graves are still being found. They have been forgotten. The people "who turned a blind eye" to their fate includes Churchill and other Allies. History is written by the victors.
