Spammonia I like this, it would have been a far better resolution to the story.

Sarah Means I agree

Marie Kessler-Kaminski Allegiant! that ending was .no.

message 4: by H :) (new)

H :) Yeah, I agree. If Caleb had died instead, we would have respected him and maybe even had fond memories of him from this book. He didn't even try to stop her...well, barely.

message 5: by Diane (new)

Diane I agree. It would hard to be worse than the twist she wrote.

PinkyJapan It should have been Caleb, 100% agree. Nancy I liked Insurgent a lot so you might consider reading it! That being said, I will likely read Divergent again but will never touch Allegiant.

message 7: by Victor (new)

Victor Choo i don't think Caleb could survive the Death Serum .

Sary Baez My problem with allegiant is not just the ending...Is kind of the whole book. They don't even give a decent explanation about the Super-Serum Resistant- power in Tris. I guess after Insurgent she ran out of ideas and created this boring book with meaningless parts and absurd ending. Maybe if the whole book would have been any decent people would understand Tris's destiny at the end.

Sary Baez About Mockingjay, it just sucks in so many levels...

J A Yep, Caleb totally should've taken that bullet. What a jerk.
