It is very interesting to see the impact of 1 snap decision and how it bled into his life, his wife's and even his son whom he tried to shield. I love books that have characters that provoke conversation like this. Better to have strong feelings than none at all! I still didn't feel super sad for Caroline. It was hard not to just love Pheobe though.
