Yeah, that's the two I was thinking, but I'm leaning more towards Patricia.
Patricia was the one sending Tony letters whn he was in prison, and Tony fired her... so in my mind, she continued to send dtuff to Claire in hopes of scaring her off, in hopes of having Tony herself... I think i was in Truth when Claire realizes that Patricia wants Tony
I thought Cindy at first and then I'm pretty sure they said Tony fired his pa so that would be Patricia.
