I totally agree with you! :)
I agree that Tessa's engagement was out of sympathy. But in Jem's defense, his proposal came when no one really knew that Tessa was immortal. I didn't mind the ending; I thought it was sweet. But the fact that Tessa's love for both Jem and Will were incomparable, yet she kept trying to put them both on an equal level, bothered me.
how dare you!!!! I don't care if this question was posted 3 years ago!. Tessa loved them both equally.She didn't love Will more than Jem more than Will.Her engagement to Jem was out of true love but both the boys had her heart.Both Will and Jem were awesome you BITCH!!!! So don't you ever say that about Jem again even though I like Will a little better and think he deserved Tessa more.No one knew that Tessa was immortal back then
