It might make for a grander movie but not all good movies are grand in scale! Good movies mainly have good stories and Deception Point is much better in that regard.
The Lost symbol? Really? BORING! Actually the new book Inferno is a little better than that. Deception point is the Best book so far. It would make an awesome movie as long as Ron Howard didn't do it.
