Also, when I was in High School, I would go to the library (either at school or locally) and walk around pulling books at random off shelves and checking them out. I found some great ones that way (and some total stinkers), but it was fun to just walk down an aisle, reach out, pull out a book, read it. Good way to find some new favorite authors.

has anyone read Lincoln the vampire killer or Pride and Prejudice and zombies. Any thoughts?

There is, The Vampire Diaries, and The Sookie Stackhouse, novels. TVP has about, 19 books, so far, and very good. Sookie, is very good to.

I think I have enough suggestions for now but it is nice to hear from people. I am actually trying to promote my own book in addition to learning about books I like to read. Two completely different genres. I am definitely writing these suggestions down on paper. I can share them with a friend of mine who has the same taste in books.
