hahaha c'est tots cray
Actually they weren't being stupid - Friar Laurence did try to get Romeo in on the plan by sending another Friar to deliver a letter to him in Mantua. Unfortunately that Friar was quarantined on the way so Romeo never got the message about what was really going on.
I disagree, it is not the poison's fault or the dagger's, it is Romeo and Juliet's fault. Specifically, they are the one's who committed suicide. Overall, however, it is every character in the play's fault, all of the little actions that were performed in the play lead up to the grand and sad death of Romeo and Juliet. I do agree with you on the subject of stupidity, which is not romantic
I think that it was the fault of the ones who committed the act. Romeo and Juliet themselves. No one physically killed them so I don't believe that someone should get the blame for something they didn't actually do.I think that Romeo was rushing Juliet into marriage. Juliet may not have even liked Romeo in the slightest, I honestly feel as though Juliet just liked the feeling of being 'loved' by someone other than the Nurse. And the marriage? I think that Juliet was trying to prove that she is mature enough to make life altering decisions when that couldn't be further from the truth
so yeah, that's my opinion :D
I have to disagree with you. It was not their responsibility to tell each other the plan, but it was the responsibility of Friar Lawrence, who promised Juliet he would tell Romeo about Juliet's plan to fake her death.
Carson it is their fault they knew each other for three days and were idiots about it romeo very simply courted Juliet for marriage but no he had to marry her in secret because he lusted after her. this is not a love story but a tale of stupidity. Also when Juliet met romeo she was all but engaged to Paris. One more thing if Juliet was okay with her parents thinking she was dead why couldn't she have just run away to mantua where Romeo was?
