Tomas. America has produced some incredible writers and literature, but Animal Farm was written by George Orwell, a British author. Real name Eric Arthur Blair. Agree otherwise with your comments, although I'd say any form of oppression, whichever tag is put on it, is encompassed in the novel. Best wishes.
