Scandal in the Spring is my favorite LK Wallflower book. Honestly, I had it left for the last, and just like you, I did not expect too much out of it. Until then Winter was my best, however, once I gave it a shot, I couldn't put it down. I wept, I smiled, I giggled, I even hugged the book at the end, like I am leaving my best friend when I had to take it back to the library. So, give it a shot. You may like it.
