I know what you mean, Sandy! It's hard for me to say goodbye to any of them. Jayden, in fact, has made cameo appearances in Book Three, and even Cali even made one :) They're sorta like family now.
They are all family now--I know with the 1st 2 books, I couldn't put them down either--stayed up late and paid for it at work the next morning :)
I've had a few late nights with them myself :) They've certainly grown on me. They're like those kids who leave the nest, but keep coming back hungry and with laundry.
