Andrew Pritchard Yes, Boxer is the common man or woman in the story,doing what they feel they have to do to be part of the driving force of society. Yet too often the government ruling that society doesn't care about it's people and discards them when no longer useful. That is the lesson boxer's character teaches us.

Justin Philips I loved boxer as well, and after reading Andrew's comment above, it seems that he may be one of the biggest characters people can relate to. I know I did XD

Amol Gupta Boxer was a good horse but he can't be the hero or a favorite since he was too gullible. Hard work and loyalty are good but if you don't have the sense to differentiate between right and wrong then you could end up as the villain's best henchman.
