Wow, you're good. I could not remember most of them, but I knew there must be more. :-) Thanks for the info!
Umm ... Calypso and Leo? It even said explicitly that Leo now knew what an 'oath to keep with a final breath' meant.
I think it means Bob, because he kinda (spoiler alert for HOH) said that he would push the button for the elavator for the twelve minutes needed. (he kinda died in tartarus, killed by tartarus)
