My thoughts exactly.
Disney did a pretty good job of murdering the story in it's animated attempt several years back. I'd be curious for a well done live action flick.
The Charles Laughton version is pretty good; the rest no so much.
No, please don't ruin more Hugo with Hollywood. Bandwagons were originally used to pick the drunk up off the street after the parade. The same can be applied here. Don't dump Vic on it.
I don´t think they should. More is not always better. And if the new movie has to be made for some reason, it definitely should NOT be Hollywood-movie. Just as Kenneth said, don´t ruin more Hugo with Hollywood.
