I don't know exactly where i read it eyther in "The scourge of the swastika a short history of the nazi war crimes " by lord russell of liverpool or the book with the triall of Nuramberg but one of the books sugested that the civils where prety scared on the ss and that's why they didn't do enithing . I don't take eny side i just speak on those books
