Obviously, you failed to understand it. Dostoevsky had a way of letting christ-like figures speak the truth, or at least what Dostoevsky considers to be the truth. When, for instance, he lets Alyosha Karamazov state his anti-semitic canards, that's how Dostoevsky himself feels. In this case, the christ-like figure is the title character, Prince Myshkin. When Dostoevsky lets him defend 'property' (which is in fact land brutally conquered and stolen land during the Russian imperial expansion) and even serfdom, which was basically slavery ... it's Dostoevsky HIMSELF who thinks this.
If you haven't missed that, but you fail to see how that's horrible, than *you* just may be a (real-life) troll.
